Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure the best service for all our clients, please review our cancellation policy for all pet sitting services: 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any charges. Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-Show: If no cancellation notice is given and our pet sitter arrives at your home, the full service fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible care for all our furry clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
